The Bear came to Lappeenranta
When LTC-Otso searched for a base for its third office in early 2015, only university cities were acceptable candidates. Eventually Managing Director Jukka Tarkiainen and Director Markus Widbom, responsible for the company's finances and administration, decided to investigate whether they could find a suitable atmosphere and agreeable partners in Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta or Oulu.
